Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care assistance, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
- Assist with mobility and transfers, ensuring the safety and comfort of clients
- Prepare and serve nutritious meals, taking into account dietary restrictions and preferences
- Perform light housekeeping duties, such as cleaning, laundry, and organizing
- Administer medications as prescribed and monitor clients’ health and well-being
- Offer companionship and engage in meaningful activities to enhance clients’ quality of life Accompany clients to appointments, errands, and social outings
- Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and healthcare professionals
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of care provided
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a caregiver or in a related field is preferred
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification is a plus
- CPR and First Aid certification
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Empathy, patience, and a genuine desire to help others
- Ability to handle physical demands, including lifting and assisting clients
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening

Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Enrollment Specialist to join our team and earn $700-$2100/wk. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about helping others, have a knack for sales, and thrive in a results-driven environment. As an Enrollment Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying and enrolling new clients in our home care services, helping them to access the support they need.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels, including networking, referrals, and community outreach
- Present and promote GSHA Home Care services to potential clients and their families, highlighting the benefits and features of our care programs
- Conduct in-home assessments and consultations to understand clients’ needs and match them with appropriate care services
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, and referral sources to foster trust and encourage referrals
- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics
- Collaborate with the GSHA Home Care team to ensure smooth onboarding and transition for new clients
- Keep detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and follow-ups in our CRM system Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and the local home care market
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the healthcare, home care, or related industry
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of home care services and the ability to understand clients’ needs
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
